PRESSURE CONTROLLER DEVICE

Following video we can see one of the most useful devices for bass musicians. This device allows us to control and decrease the pressure that we make over the mouthpiece with ours lips.



The pressure controller has the following benefits:

• It detects the excessive pressure over the mouthpiece when we play our instruments.

• Development of high range.

• Development of resistance.

• Improve of tone quality.

• Development the use of air.

We should use it in periods no longer than 30 minutes, when we work out basic skills.

Also, we should be careful with the intonation because this device increases the tube length.

The pressure controller allows for all brass instruments and different tube shapes, broad and narrow.
